Our Mission

Created in 1985, Partners of Parks is a nonprofit organization comprised of dedicated individuals who care enough to share their time, special talents, and resources for the betterment of the community.

The mission of Partners of Parks is to enrich the quality of life for residents of Long Beach and surrounding communities by supporting recreational, environmental, educational, and cultural programs in Long Beach parks and recreation centers.

We do this by raising funds a variety of ways including individual contributions, corporate donations, and foundation grants, as well as through sponsorship opportunities and events staged in Long Beach.
